ERRATA

In the commentary on R. v. Cox on page 232, the sentence in the first paragraph beginning: "It is relevant that the defendant acted out of the best possible motives ..." should have read: "It is irrelevant that the defendant acted out of the best possible motives, for example, to alleviate the ‘victim's’ unbearable suffering."

In the commentary on Doe v. Cutter Biological, Inc. on page 259, the last sentence in the first paragraph should have read: "From a plaintiff's point of view, perhaps this is fortunate since in America the claims have, on the whole, been unsuccessful.".
